Rome. What better way to begin our group pilgrimage than with a visit to the eternal city!
Not for us a busy, noisy hotel. We had the luxury of staying at a quiet convent close to a medieval church and within easy walking distance to Saint Peter’s Basilica.
Food, service and accommodation at the convent were first class, with access to the convent’s beautiful chapel an added bonus.
